Development of Process Management in the Context of Sanctions and Economic Digitization
摘要
Ensuring the sustainable development of industrial enterprises is the foundation of the country's economic system development and security. Enterprises constitute one of the primary elements of the economy, performing several crucial functions within the economic system of the state or region. Enterprises engage in the production of goods and/or services, generate income through their sales, create job opportunities, participate in international trade by exporting products abroad and importing necessary raw materials, components, and goods. They also play a role as initiators of innovative development and technological progress. Thus, enterprises play a key role in economic systems, influencing their structure, development dynamics, and stability. The efficiency of their activities affects numerous macroeconomic indicators related to the development of a region and the country as a whole. Modern conditions require management to enhance the quality of governance, optimize expenditures, and reduce business operation risks. In recent years, scientific literature has paid considerable attention to the process-oriented approach to enterprise management, both for individual projects and focusing on the quality of internal processes and operations. The goal of this research is to analyze the evolution and transformation of project process management under the conditions of digitization and sanction policies.
