Application of Digital Technologies at Food Industry Enterprises in Conditions of Import Substitution

摘要

This contribution discusses digital transformation strategies used in the food industry enterprises to ensure their competitiveness and create highly efficient processes and systems, combinations of implementation of applied digitalization scenarios for a comprehensive solution to the problems of managing network enterprises. A new phase in the development of modern production involves the use of end-to-end digital technologies in relation to domestic enterprises. This is the development of digital structures and circuits based on Russian information technologies through the use of developments in the field of artificial intelligence, big data, additive technologies, blockchain, virtual and augmented reality, robotics and sensors, etc. The use of digital technologies and systems when creating new designs can increase the productivity of enterprises and contribute to the production of high-quality products. The development of the architecture of information systems at the food industry enterprises, taking into account the use of domestic developments, makes it possible to form a stable structure of the food engineering sector and processing enterprises in response to economic risks and fluctuations in the world market.
