Bringing Theology and Evolutionary Studies of Religion Together
摘要
In this exploration of the relationship between science and theology, the author challenges the notion of a complete separation between these fields. Drawing on theologians such as Schillebeeckx and Hefner, the dialogue between science and theology is framed as a means of developing theology rather than determining who is right. The author argues for a dialogue focused on practical cooperation, emphasizing common concern for the future. In this context, science becomes a valuable informant for theological practice, supporting a worldview that enables humanity to face contemporary challenges. The essence of dialogue between science and theology is to understand what it means to be human and to act on that understanding.
