Regional Innovation Ecosystem Management Principles in Order to Implement the Structural Transformation of Innovative Processes in the Region
摘要
One of the ways to achieve sustainable growth in the strategic perspective is the priority of transforming industrial and socio-economic processes based on innovation, the implementation of which is impossible without close interaction and co-development of individual participants in their creation, as well as infrastructure elements, which determines the need to apply ecosystem principles to manage them. Attempts to develop individual participants and supporting elements of such complex systems autonomously, point-by-point, without taking into account, coordinating and balancing the interests, capabilities and limitations of each of them slow down the achievement of the strategic orientations of individual participants, the priorities of the association and negatively affect their sustainability. Based on the analysis of the structural transformation of innovative processes in the region, the article describes their identified key features, trends and directions of change. Based on this specificity, the requirements for the development of approaches and management methods for achieving the objectives of these formations and realizing their advantages in a strategic perspective are formed. The developed principles of regional innovation ecosystem management are described, which should be taken into account when forming a methodology for the creation and development of these systems in the context of structural modernization of modern complex socio-economic and industrial systems based on an ecosystem approach. Taking into account the formulated methodological principles in the development and practical application of management tools will ensure the achievement of sustainable development both for themselves and for receiving benefits from other participants and the system as a whole in a strategic perspective.
