Prospects for the Development of Innovative Banking Ecosystems Based on the Digitalization of Business Processes

In today’s economy, there is a strong development of innovation ecosystems, especially in the banking sector. Banks are striving to create digital platforms and innovative solutions to provide more efficient and convenient services to their customers. Digitalization of banking processes and implementation of new technologies have become a necessity for banks to be competitive in the market. Innovative banking ecosystems offer a wide range of services, from online banking and mobile applications to the use of artificial intelligence and blockchain technologies. This research paper explores the prospects for the development of innovative banking ecosystems based on the digitalization of business processes. The paper analyses the theoretical foundations of the study of innovative banking ecosystems, analyses the key players in the market, such as VTB PJSC, SBER PJSC, Tinkoff Bank JSC, Alfa Bank JSC, Rosselkhozbank JSC and Gazprombank JSC. The analysis revealed factors that influence the formation of effective banking ecosystems, such as the use of modern information technologies, the development of digital customer service channels, the automation of business processes and the introduction of new technologies. Based on the analysis, measures were proposed and prospects for the development of innovative banking ecosystems were identified, including further digitalization of business processes, introduction and use of artificial intelligence and machine learning, and development of blockchain technologies.
