摘要

In the study, we used a modern version of the factorial analysis of neo-industrialization objects in the Russian economy. Industrial enterprises of old and new types, including those transformed due to neo-industrialization, were chosen as neo-industrialization objects. Effective functioning of industrial enterprises is known to ensure high rates of sustainable national economic growth, independence from foreign markets, economic strength and stability. It is apparent that successful integration of industrial enterprises into the new economic reality requires the development of industry and its industrial core. We performed a factorial analysis of industrial enterprise operation, revealed the role and impact of the human factor in Russian industry, developing on a new technological basis that corresponds to the new technological mode, determined the significance of the intellectual potential of the human factor at the enterprise, and revealed the role and significance of the organizational factor. It is obvious that restoration of the capacity of the Russian economy, modernization of its industrial complex, dissemination of innovation, and implementation of the import substitution program, especially in the context of emerging geo-economic and geopolitical challenges, are of particular relevance in current conditions.
