With the third parameter, we finally enter the calculation by dividing the process into several challenges (in this case 9) that the planet survives with a certain minimum and maximum probability for each. The use of Maccone’s formula [67] collects all the input data and provides the minimum and maximum values of the overall 3rd Drake parameter.
