Seventh Drake: Temporal Fraction of the Duration of a Civilization
摘要
With the seventh parameter, we move into a slightly different context from the previous ones because we have to consider not the probability of an event occurring, but the duration of the same event. The lognormal Φ(X0) function of the compound probability X0 is transformed into another distribution function, Fp(ΔT), a function of time ΔT, the duration of the galactic civilization, and the confidence interval p, which we will define later.
