Epilogue

This final chapter serves as a summary of the above four standalone chapters. It will re-cap the salient aspects of each of them. This chapter will offer overviews of the chapters and relate to connections and implications for the further education (FE) sector. In summing up, it will provide directions for furthering the empirical findings of this monograph for the relevant stakeholders such as researchers, lecturers, FE college managers, policymakers, and networks (e.g., the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education (IfATE), the Learning and Skills Research Network (LSRN), and the Teacher Education in Lifelong Learning (TELL)).
