The Philosophy of (De)development and its Dichotomy in Palestine

If one were to ask a room of one hundred students and scholars of the discipline of development about “what constitutes development”, they would likely receive one hundred different answers. Certainly, there would be some overlap—some general themes across many of the answers. However, there would not be one single and exact understanding of it. This is the reality of the discipline’s philosophy.
