摘要

Regarding furniture manufacturing firms’ sustainability measurement, relevant literature includes scarce resources. To that end, the present study aims to identify indicators to evaluate sustainability levels in furniture manufacturing firms. Relevant literature was examined, and suitable indicators were extracted. Additionally, the fuzzy multi-criteria decision-making method (MCDM), namely Interval-Valued Neutrosophic Evaluation Based on Distance from Average Solution (EDAS), was applied to obtain the best indicators. In the relevant literature, sustainability dimensions are called Triple Bottom Line (TBL): environmental, economic, and social. However, in this very case, calculations and insights were provided for the environmental dimension among TBL dimensions. Extracted from the literature, 19 environmental indicators were assessed through the proposed method, and their importance and rank in the furniture industry were determined. The obtained results were closely related to and supported by the literature.
