A Framework to Implement Viable Supply Chain Model: Application of Fuzzy DEMATEL Approach
摘要
The COVID-19 outbreak has revealed the vulnerability of global supply chains, and contributed to the expansion of debate about digitalization and supply chain resilience. Viable Supply Chain extends resilience towards maintaining supply chain. To fulfil customer needs under long-term and global crises. The current studies have investigated the contribution of industry 5.0 technologies in enhancing supply chain resilience and sustainability. Although, there is a lack of published studies on the impacts of industry 5.0 technologies on supply chain viability. The viable supply chain models have been identified and studied via a comprehensive literature review. The Fuzzy Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) approach is applied to analyze the interactions between Industry 5.0 technologies and Viable Supply Chain models. Next, a framework of Industry 5.0 technologies is proposed to establish and implement viable supply chain models. The findings can guide decisions makers to improve supply chain viability through adopting emerging technologies. Future research can investigate the challenges posed by Industry 5.0 to the proposed framework.
