Active Balancer with Targeted Charge Transfer Between Stack Batteries

The energy efficiency of the use of capacitive and inductive buffer elements in converters implementing the principle of active balancing is determined. The expediency of using active balancing transformer schemes is proved and the principle of addressable energy transfer between batteries connected in series is proposed. The implementation of the control system of the address balancing system of the predictive type is proposed, which allows you to obtain the parameters (voltage value, balancing current, internal resistance, charge value) of each of the series-connected electric energy storage devices using one voltage sensor.
