摘要

With the intention of designing more effective and trustworthy interactions between robots and children in the future, the effects of different types of errors made by robots in a given child-robot interaction were systematically recorded, analyzed and evaluated. To this end, a laboratory situation was created in which the reactions of a total of 64 children aged between six and twelve were analyzed using a combination of observations, interviews and questionnaires. Detailed data was collected on the children’s perception of the misbehavior of a robot, as well as on their trust, sympathy and anthropomorphism. In addition to a discussion and summary of the results, the final conclusion of the paper offers an outlook for future research.
