摘要

This article presents the design of a water temperature control system in a shower using fuzzy logic. Temperature control is achieved by modifying the position of the adapted lever of a single-handle ceramic faucet, thereby varying the proportion of the cold and hot water mixture coming from a solar heater. The fuzzy logic and control algorithm is implemented on Arduino and Simulink platforms. The validation of the system was carried out through a test bench specifically developed for this purpose. Measurements conducted indicate that the system reaches the desired temperature in 39 seconds, with an overshoot of 13.88% and a steadystate error of 2.4%, overperforming human action over the system in time of response, overshoot and steady-state error, also, by employing membership functions in the fuzzy logic, the system can provide appropriate responses based on the desired system installation, eliminating the need to change the entire system, and only modifying these functions accordingly to the needs.
