Investigation of Dust-Ion-Acoustic Shock and Solitary Waves in a Magnetised Multicomponent Plasma with Supra-Thermal Electrons
摘要
An analysis is conducted on a dissipative magnetised dusty plasma, which includes ions as a fluid, supra-thermal electrons, and stationary dust grains. The focus is on studying the characteristics of a dust-ion-acoustic wave (DIAW). By employing the Reduced perturbation approach, one can derive the Burgers equation for the plasma system. The characteristics of shock waves are determined by various factors, including the supra-thermal parameter ( \(\kappa \) ), the speed of the travelling wave ( \(U_0\) ), cyclotron frequency ( \(\omega _c\) ), viscous coefficient ( \(\eta \) ), direction coefficient ( \(\delta \) ), and the ratio \(\mu =n_{i}/Z_{d}\) , where \(n_i\) represents the equilibrium number density of ions and \(Z_d\) represents the equilibrium charge density of dust particles. The findings have great relevance and significance in the context of space plasma.
