The implementation of inclusive education in many countries is supported by governmental and non-governmental organisations. This is applicable in Zimbabwe. Reviewing the current literature, this chapter provides a comprehensive account of the role and functions of non-governmental organisations in promoting inclusive education in Zimbabwe. In this chapter, lessons are drawn from the review to make recommendations about how the supportive role of non-governmental organisations towards inclusive education in Zimbabwe could be enhanced. The chapter also discusses the implications of the knowledge, practice, and policy of inclusion in Zimbabwe.
