摘要

Faced with the explosion of smart city solutions and the various methodologies and processes that are attempting to structure and better design dedicated platforms, city decision-makers are feeling lost in the face of this plethora of Frameworks, which in fact constitute a very important frame of reference for achieving the objectives and meeting the challenges of today’s cities. These challenges stem from urban planning concerns, spatial-environmental and/or socio-demographic changes, and strongly rely on technological infrastructure. Added to this a very urgent context where one crisis follows another and where risk has given way to uncertainty, accentuated by the effect of AI. Data are emerging as a key element in the differentiation process and in the design of an integrated Framework capable of providing the most comprehensive response to the expectations of decision-makers, and having a direct impact on the lives of users. Moreover, data are accessible today thanks to the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0): IoT, business IS, open DATA portals, crowdsourcing (citizens), social Networks, websites, etc., but this availability is indeed heterogeneous, which represents a challenge in itself. Hence, the importance of a framework to formalize the concept, homogenize the data, streamline processing and standardize outputs, with a vision that is interoperable, scalable and extendable over time. AI therefore plays a major role in optimizing and processing these data without compromising its quality. This comparative study is an opportunity to explore flagship frameworks in full application, while highlighting this major aspect of AI Driven Data in their design, with a view to sketching out an experimental model for the city of Berkane.
