摘要

In order to increase the efficiency of industrial structures’ foreign economic activity, an adequate evaluation and expansion of the export potential of the Russian high-tech complex are required. The introduction of the Industry 5.0 concept, accompanied by the humanization of technologies and economic resilience, as well as ensuring sustainability, into the production of high-tech products, can bring the Russian high-tech complex to a new level of development. This study defines the concept of export potential and provides approaches to its evaluation. The authors conducted a scientometric analysis, which showed a low number of research into the relationship between the sustainability and the export potential of high-tech companies. At the same time, there is an increase in the number of publications on the sustainable development, which makes this area relevant for the study. Correlation analysis helped identify the factors closely interrelated with the export of high-tech products, among which the indicator “production and consumption waste generation” turned out to be significant. Based on these and other arguments from the paper, the authors propose to introduce a sustainability contour into the assessment of the export potential of high-tech industrial enterprises.
