Digital Twin Prototype Structure of Value, Demand and Supply Chain Management
摘要
The article aims to substantiate the structure of a digital twin prototype, including the subject and objects of chain management, and to create methodological prerequisites for their digitalization. The research methodology includes the determination of qualitative attributes and dichotomies of the subject and objects of chain management, as well as the creation and study of binary matrices, which make it possible to clarify the structure of the digital twin prototype. The novelty of the research results lies in the differentiation of the competencies of the subject and objects of chain management, the determination of their components and relations, the use of a matrix approach to the transformation and digitalization of the subject and objects, as well as the justification of the possibility of using artificial intelligence in the management of non-physical objects of chain management. The results of the research make it possible to clarify the requirements for creating instances of the subject and management objects, as well as the digital twin aggregate for managing value, demand and supply chains in the implementation of the Industry 5.0 concept.
