This chapter provides a comprehensive overview of robotic high-intensity focused ultrasound as a treatment for nonmetastatic prostate cancer. The mechanism of action, patient preparation, procedure details, perioperative care, complications, oncologic and functional outcomes, and quality of life are discussed.
