The opportunities for the incorporation of systemic immunomodulatorsImmunomodulators advanced significantly over the period of 2021–2023 with the release of janus kinase inhibitors and interleukin-13 inhibitors to the dermatologyDermatology world for multiple indications. However, the future of other agents once thought to be prominent have since gained usage in other specialties outside of dermatology. This chapter will summarize the latest developments in new approvals of immunomodulators in dermatologyDermatology as well as forecast the potential for other medications that will be introduced in 2023 and the near future.
