For all physical implementations of qubits, there are still issues regarding noise, decoherence and noise. There are specific measures that can be used to manage decoherence. These are important aspects in achieving practical quantum computing. Along with decoherence, there are issues with noise and errors that must be addressed in order to achieve stable, practically useful quantum computers. There are numerous quantum error correction codes that can be used to mitigate the issue of errors in physical qubits.
