Assessing and Evaluating Global Leadership
摘要
This chapter analyses factors that underpin the day to day practice of learning and teaching on Global Leadership programmes and modules, including how students’ learning can be assessed, and how Global Leadership programmes themselves can be evaluated. Different forms of assessment are examined in relation to their suitability to Global Leadership programme aims. The broader value of learning the subject is also discussed. By these means, the chapter complements previous chapters, taking the working definitions of leadership and global leadership, and engaging with the Global Leadership curriculum. The chapter examines potentially valuable outcomes and outputs from the study of Global Leadership in higher education.
