How Can We Understand Neoliberalism?
摘要
This chapter examines the concept of neoliberalism. It consists of two parts. The first part offers an intellectual history of key neoliberal thinkers and ideas. It covers the Austrian and Chicago Schools as well as proponents of public choice theory. The second part distinguishes three ways neoliberalism has been understood. These three are neoliberalism as (a) policy, (b) ideology, and (c) governmentality.
