Optimum Distribution of Deformations When Designing Axisymmetrical Objects

When designing axisymmetric objects, which are made in several operations, which are connected to each other, the total deformation must be divided in such a way that the workpiece does not break during production. The paper presents a general model, which defines the optimal distribution of deformation during the following processes: wire drawing, pipe rolling, drawing with reduction of wall thickness and similar processes.
