Legal Protection for the Worker in Work Accidents to and from the Workplace

This research aims to study work-related injuries from the perspective of road accidents that workers are exposed to while going to and from work and their regulation in Palestinian laws. The article presents a set of analyzes that workers may face in road accidents, including the spatial and temporal elements and the obstacles that affect the work-related injury. The study of these analyzes is considered an introduction in order to identify the worker’s rights in road injuries and the means of benefiting from them to the last extent.
