Free Rectus Flap Reconstruction
摘要
The abdominal rectus free flap (ARFF) is a well-known vascularized free tissue flap utilized to reconstruct areas requiring bulky soft tissue. The ARFF offers consistent flap anatomy, ease of technical elevation, significant pedicle length, and opportunity for a well-hidden donor site scar. Herein, we review the ARFF including preoperative planning needs, patient candidacy, intraoperative technique, postoperative monitoring, and donor site management.
