Midface Trauma Reconstruction

Midface fractures remain a challenge for the reconstructive surgeon because of the complexity of recreating both form and function. In this chapter, we review the principles of midface fracture evaluation and management while focusing on surgical steps and pearls to maximize surgical management success.
