AI and Learning Processes

This chapter focuses on learning processes as the key leverage point for AI to intervene to promote individual, team, organizational, and cultural learning as processes are fundamental to educational outcomes and pedagogical strategies. More importantly, learning processes are the latent drivers of the dynamics of the complex educational system at all levels. The chapter then broadly introduces a new multidisciplinary framework that unifies learning theories with AI, aiming to enhance understanding at micro, meso, and macro levels and positioning AI as a partner in individual and group learning.
