Laser Welding of Parts Made of EK-61 Alloy Made by Direct Laser Growing Method

摘要

This article presents the results of studies of the effect of laser welding modes in a protective gas on the physical and mechanical properties of products made by direct laser cultivation from powder alloy EK-61. The results of metallographic studies of the weld and the near-weld zone are presented. Various types of defects formed during welding using laser radiation are shown. The possibility of obtaining a high-quality weld by laser welding in a protective gas of such products is shown. The results of determining the mechanical properties are presented and compared with each other depending on various parameters of the welding process. The analysis of the current state of production of parts manufactured by the additive manufacturing method has been carried out, as well as work examining the possibility of welding these products. A conclusion is given on the possible factor of formation of defects in the material of the weld and the near-seam zone.
