Modeling the Process of Laser Cladding of HPT Blade Scallops

摘要

The study developed an effective algorithm for forming the laser cladding mode of VZh159 powder based on the ZhS6U alloy. Using simulation modeling, the optimal process parameters for welding a blade from the ZhS6U alloy were determined. Laboratory studies made it possible to study the properties of the deposited layer and its quality of connection with the base material, including analysis of the macro- and microstructure. The results obtained confirmed the absence of defects such as pores, cracks, inhomogeneities, lack of penetration and overheating in the deposited layer and the zone of connection with the material. This indicates a high level of quality and reliability of the laser cladding process using VZh159 powder on the ZhS6U alloy. The successful application of the developed algorithm and the quality properties of the deposited layer open up prospects for the use of this technique in industrial and production areas where high accuracy and reliability of joining materials is required.
