摘要

In the course of experimental research, the results of the distribution of deformation and force parameters at unsteady rolling sections of thin strips made of copper M0 and aluminum alloys ACm and AD33 have been obtained. In the process of research the periods of non-stationary processes along the length of thin strips depending on the degree of deformation and conditions of contact friction were established and specified, as well as the regularities of their occurrence were determined. The influence of roll lubrication on the force and deformation parameters of rolling, as well as on the length of unsteady sections of strips was studied. Particular attention was paid to the possibilities of using a laboratory setup created on the basis of a 150 × 235 two-roll rolling mill equipped with a microcontroller system for high-precision measurement of roll loads. It is noted that the periods of unsteady rolling processes depend on the degree of deformation and conditions of contact friction. In addition, the dependence of the extent of non-stationary formation of strip width at cold rolling on the amount of compression and the use of technological lubricant is found. It should be noted that the rolling force is distributed unevenly when rolling the end sections of strips compared to the main part of the roll.
