Mathematical Modeling of the Processes of Formation of Homogeneity of Mixtures and Continuous Flow Composites

The paper presents a mathematical justification of the processes of controlled formation of heterogeneous mixtures’ homogeneity and composite materials from components of various physicochemical properties and fractions. The preparation of heterogeneous mixtures is a common technological process in various industries. The synthesis of these products is conducted on new class equipment – non-mixers which implement the deterministic formation of heterogeneous compositions’ homogeneity. Mixtures technology, using the orderly distribution of components of each other with guaranteed non-mixing, allows obtaining high-quality mixtures of various components’ fractions in practice. Based on the considered methods for the formation of mixtures’ quality indicators obtained from various components, two possible components of non-mixers with independent spatial combinations of dispensers are recommended. Based on the machinery of probability theory and methods of mathematical analysis, mathematical modeling of the processes of mixtures’ homogeneity and continuous flow composites’ formation has been developed. The problem of obtaining guaranteed quality heterogeneous mixtures concerning the ratio of components in the mixture has been solved.
