Simulation of Vibrations in the Frames of Overhead Cranes
摘要
The paper considers the supporting frames of overhead cranes which are made of different sizes channels. Also, the linear emitters were adopted as a noise source model since the length of the source significantly exceeds the maximum cross-sectional size. The oscillation rate calculation for an energetically closed system consisting of bar elements is based on energy balance equations. Reducing the intensity of sound radiation must be done either by reducing the vibration power introduced into the frame from vibration sources such as gearboxes of lifting and moving mechanisms, wheel pair units and the lifting mechanism drum, or by increasing the dissipative properties of frame elements. This paper provides a calculation of the vibration speeds of the supporting frame and shows the effect of the vibration absorption system on reducing noise levels.
