Methods for Ensuring Parametric Reliability of Process Equipment

The basis of scientific and technological progress in various sectors of the economy is the improvement of existing and development of new technological processes using highly efficient technological equipment. It is technological equipment that is an active, self-reproducing part of the fixed assets of machine-building enterprises, and it ensures the production of all types of new machines and devices. The article discusses the issues of ensuring the parametric reliability of technological equipment based on the study of the parameters of the trajectories of movement of forming units. The data obtained as a result of experimental studies using the proposed methodology on the influence of operational factors on changes in the parameters of the trajectories of the spindle and the associated quality indicators of manufactured parts seem to be quite complete and objective information for the development of effective measures to ensure parametric reliability of technological equipment.
