Technological Features of Manufacturing a High Precision Spool Pair

The paper examines in detail the design of a high precision spool pair and the features of the technological process of its production. A rationale is given for the need to develop a technology of manufacturing a high precision spool pair included in an assembly of an electro-hydraulic power amplifier, which is the most important control element of special hydraulic drives used in bench test equipment. The main content of the paper is focused on describing the technical and technological features of manufacturing components of a high precision spool pair. The equipment, machine tooling and cutting tools are considered, which allow micromachining and ensure high requirements for accuracy and quality of the product. The paper also describes the cryotreatment of parts, pays attention to testing finished products, describes in which cases a part needs to be refined, and in which it is sent to assemble the finished product.
