Providing Operability of Electromechanical Sensors Through Vibration Stabilization Part Treatment
摘要
The authors review the impact of operating conditions on the dimensional tolerance of electromechanical sensors that provide their functionality in technical facilities. Vibration loads are one of the factors that can determine the intended service life of a product, but the stage of its design and dimensional accuracy analysis is not fully taken into account. During operation of the sensor, dimensional relationships do not remain constant, and the machine is affected by external and internal factors leading to loss of accuracy. This leads to errors in the dimensional analysis of the designed sensors. They suggest an analytical experimental method for the analysis and assessment of the dimensional part instability and propose reducing it by using vibration stabilization treatment during the design and engineering stages of sensor production.
