The Electrophysical Method of Grain Grinding is Based on Mathematical Models

摘要

Preparation of grain raw materials for production includes pre-treatment with high temperatures, which improves the digestibility of grain nutrients. One of the types of heat treatment of grain is the microwave method, which includes rapid and intensive heating of grain. The article discusses the use of ultra-high frequency energy for grinding grain mass, in which heat treatment is carried out over the entire volume of the material, its organic properties are improved, pests are sterilized and destroyed, and all the necessary conditions are provided for cattle to eat grain feed treated with ultra-high frequency electromagnetic fields. The use of mathematical models for automation of decision-making systems in processes is discussed shredding as an important tool for optimizing production processes and increasing plant efficiency. The performed system analysis, as well as the use of mathematical modeling, optimization of the grain grinding process, will improve the quality of the final product and predict the results in various working conditions.
