A Numerical Analysis of the Arch Structure for Road Lighting in Conditions of Hydraulic Structures
摘要
The article describes the results of the numerical calculation and analysis of the stress-strain state (SSS) of a metal arch using the finite element method in the Femap with NXNastran. This calculation is required due to the uniqueness of the arch design for illuminating the road of the right bank dam of the Bratsk Hydroelectric Power Plant in conditions of hydraulic structures. The study revealed that the standard lighting methods cannot be applied. The technical solution proposed by students required a reliability analysis in operation. The finite element arch deformation analysis under standard loads required to ensure arch operation safety in the wind area of the Bratsk HPP was carried out in accordance with SP 20.13330.2016 “Loads and impacts”. Structurally, the arch is made of a profile pipe, six meters in height and eight meters in width. When modeling the arch behavior, boundary fastening and loading conditions close to the actual operation conditions were used. The results of the finite element modeling analysis revealed the arch design strength reliability.
