AleppoAleppo serves as a case study, revealing how war traders exploit vulnerable citizens’ properties. Real estateReal estate regenerationRegeneration (RER) emerges as a promising approach to transform the real estate landscapeLandscape and promote a more balanced society. This chapter showcases the potential implementation of RER procedures in a war-affected neighbourhood, specifically in the Hanano district of Aleppo.
