A Linguistic Z Number CoCoSo Approach for Multicriteria Group Decision-Making and Application to Diagnosis of Sepsis
摘要
The Combined Compromise Solution (CoCoSo) method, a valuable approach for multiple attribute group decision-making (MAGDM), integrates a compromise decision algorithm with an aggregation strategy to derive a balanced solution. In a MAGDM, the types of information play an important role because as much as possible capturing information type uncertainty produces better output results. Linguistic Z number (LZN) serves as a potent tool for handling information related to information-based uncertainty. In this study, we extend the original CoCoSo method to operate in a linguistic Z number (LZN) environment, enhancing its practicality for solving qualitative decision-making problems. Finally, we present a novel CoCoSo approach using LZN, demonstrating adaptability and scalability beyond LZN. The method’s excellent performance and robustness are verified in sepsis diagnosis applications.
