MCGDM Based on MULTIMOORA with Linguistic Z Number and Their Application in Software Selection
摘要
The Linguistic Z Number (LZN) serves as a mechanism to quantify the informational content and is extensively utilized for addressing the ambiguity and uncertainty present in multiple criteria group decision-making (MCGDM) scenarios. In this study, we introduce a technique to assign weights to attributes by leveraging their correlation coefficients. Additionally, we propose enhancements to the MULTIMOORA method by introducing a novel aggregation model and an adapted Borda rule that considers both the subordinate utility values and their corresponding ranks. Building on these enhancements, we have developed an LZN-based MULTIMOORA approach. The efficacy and benefits of our proposed method are showcased through a practical case study on software selection, where it is benchmarked against alternative approaches.
