Linguistic Z Number Environment-Based Site Selection of Medical Logistic Centre with TODIM-VIKOR Approach
摘要
The location of the site selection of the medical logistic centre is crucial for the performance of the whole logistics system in the context of global pandemic management. It can help the company lower its operating costs, improve its service quality, and effectively deal with pandemic management while maximizing its profits. Therefore, studying the location of the site selection of the medical logistic centre has both theoretical and practical implications. In this chapter, we use the TODIM-VIKOR model to address multiattribute group decision-making (MAGDM) problems in linguistic Z number (LZN) environments. We first explain some basic concepts of LZNs and introduce the TODIM and VIKOR methods. Then, we present the extended TODIM-VIKOR model for solving MAGDM problems with LZNs. Finally, we apply the proposed method to a numerical example of the site selection of the medical logistic centre to demonstrate its validity.
