The body fluids found at a crime scene serve as silent witnesses, quietly revealing the stories of struggle, assault, and the aftermath. These precious biological samples possess the power to unveil the truth and ensure justice is served. Body fluids such as blood, semen, saliva, urine, and feces are regarded extremely important in criminal investigation. However, other body fluids such as vitreous humor, cerebrospinal fluid, synovial fluid, and pericardial fluid are overlooked and not investigated properly. The journey from the crime scene to the courtroom is riddled with obstacles, each one necessitating careful handling, advanced analysis, and a profound grasp of the scientific intricacies that dictate how they are understood. This chapter deals with the composition, forensic importance, and examination of these body fluids.
