The Role of Digital Networking in Increasing the Territorial Capital of a Region
摘要
The concept of territorial capital states that the competitive potential of a region and a local area is based on the presence and use of geographically limited assets of a tangible and intangible nature. Typically, digital networking is seen as a way for the average person, student or entrepreneur to establish useful contacts. Such relations allow you to quickly solve complex problems of a domestic and professional nature. This contribution, based on the theory of social networks and the concept of territorial capital, shows that in the context of digitalization, the role of digital networking in strengthening the territorial capital is increasingly important. Digital networking is becoming an important way to improve the quality of public services at the regional and local level by establishing instant feedback in the digital environment. In this sense, digital networking will play an increasingly important role in strengthening the intangible territorial capital, since it allows for the creation of an effective mechanism for improving the quality of life of the population and, as a consequence, its competitiveness.
