Digitalization Processes and Achievement of Sustainable Development Goals

The contribution investigates the basics relations between the implementation of digitalization processes in our society and the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) defined in the UN Resolution. The participation of the Russian Federation in the process of forming the goals of further development of the world community was analyzed in this work. It is noted that n the current conditions of economic instability, one of the priority areas for sustainable development in Russia is the multi-purpose, continuous and sustainable use of resources, including the most complete return of waste to the production cycle. A correctly formulated list of tasks can ensure, among other things, the development of new technologies necessary for the sustainable functioning of the economy, as well as create new jobs and new competencies. The significance and relevance of achieving the SDGs by the application of digital technologies were considered. The main consequences of the use of digitalization technologies for the fastest and most effective achievement of the goals of world economic development are revealed. The role of the impact of sanctions on the process of organizing the world cooperation and achieving sustainable development goals is noted. Conclusions about the impact of digitalization on the development of the world economy and life in general are formulated.
