Digital Products for Enterprise Process Management Through Stages of Project Life Cycle

The relevance of the study is justified by the proven high effectiveness of the process management model at enterprises, as well as the real demand from Russian companies in choosing digital tools and software products for process management at the enterprise. The emphasis in the work is placed on process management throughout the stages of the project life cycle, which is driven by the fact that major Russian enterprises actively apply a project-based approach in their activities. The symbiosis of process and project management provides several advantages and opportunities for the development of each of them. The study examines, systematizes, and presents a comparative overview of Russian and foreign analog digital software products for process management of enterprises throughout the stages of the project life cycle. The utilization of Russian software in the operations of domestic enterprises in the current situation is a priority direction outlined in the Strategies for Social Development, Financial Market Development, and other numerous regulatory documents for 2022–2023. This contribution also provides a systematization of risk management methods during the implementation and development of process management throughout the stages of the project life cycle. The work may be of interest to top management of companies seeking to enhance the efficiency of enterprise activities and reduce risks associated with the use of foreign software.
