摘要

The development of the financial market at the present stage is determined by a number of contradictions, the so-called dissonances, which manifest themselves from the point of view of existing financial institutions and the functions they perform at various levels. In many ways, these contradictions are due to the general asymmetry in the development of the global financial market. Of course, on the one hand, they create certain obstacles to the development of the world economy. On the other hand, these contradictions act as a significant driving force for such development. The work focuses on the problem of asymmetry in the global financial market. The authors analyze the reasons for the asymmetric development of the global financial market. The purpose of the study was to identify endogenous and exogenous factors underlying the asymmetry of the global financial market. The work provides practical examples of asymmetry in completely different segments of the global financial market. Based on the results, it was concluded that the asymmetry in the development of the global financial market is a purely limited phenomenon, which is caused by a wide range of reasons, both endogenous and exogenous. When considering endogenous asymmetry, it is important to note that it can be partially compensated for by complete economic isolation. In the future, this may lead to the fact that the development of a particular country will lag behind other countries. Exogenous asymmetry is based on historical features, which include the existing world order, characterized by a number of destructive manifestations.
