Information and Digital Structure of the Economic Security System of Regional Companies

Regional companies and enterprises belonging to the sector of small and medium-sized enterprises produce goods (works, services) mainly for their region. Their positive role is to create jobs for the population, fill industry niches that are not of interest to large businesses and monopolists. They are the main taxpayers in their region, province, republic and city. In the contribution, the authors paid special attention to the problems of forming an information and digital structure, which is currently an essential element (block) of the economic security system in regional companies. Many management processes have moved to the digital space: remote and electronic interaction with the tax service, counterparties, banks, personnel; the use of robotic equipment; the use of digital signatures for registration of management operations and others. Understanding this design by the company's management allows for more efficient and productive use of rather limited production, human and financial resources. Stakeholders also evaluate the company's activities using information technology. The digital portrait of an enterprise in the external environment is formed from various digital streams and there is no guarantee that this information package contains only positive information. The construction of a logical and functional information architecture in a digital format ensures the reliability, transparency of financial and economic information, the continuity of the company's activities and the achievement of targets.
